Summer is here!

It has been so warm out we had to break out the shorts this week-nice weather and not too much wind- we've been riding bikes a lot.

Hannah's new cute cowgirl outfit, although after she wore it for 5 minutes, I still wonder why they make children's clothes white.... this one won't last long...

Pretty proud of herself for running around without clothes on- this was right before the killer mosquitoes attacked us and both kids have tons of bites to show- we got out the bug light and are seeing less already (and after reading This Old House about how great bats are for eating mosquitoes, I still don't want the bats in MY house- every night we see them flying around outside and Kevin has killed many in and around our house, but I'd rather have the bug light- YUK!!!)

Ethan always yells when Hannah gets on the slide- she's not a very good lander and usually gets mad if you don't catch her at the bottom.

Ethan is very excited to know that he is getting a new baby "jump baby" as he says the name should be- due in October, so we are finally out of the December holiday babies- this one is due way before any holiday, so we will be going to parties with a 2 month old instead of a two day old this time- yeah!!
And I have to post the picture that makes it obvious what we're having this time (ok maybe to my eye it's very obvious, I can hardly believe that would be cord the 2 different times we looked). Ethan is very excited to be getting a baby brother!

Another week gone by...

We ended to week by calling Grandma and grandpa and dumping the kids off there (they hadn't seen G&G in a couple weeks, so they needed quality time with them :) so I could go wedding dress shopping with Maggie (we ended by finding a dress, YEAH!!) and daddy went golfing with Brandon- and then ended up at the campground for a campfire- everyone had a good day.....

Hannah showing a silly face- we are cleaning the house (we have accumulated too much) so Ethan's work bench went out to his playhouse, now making it the workshop. He keeps hoping we will find a drumset like his friend Cade's at a garage sale this year and I told him if we do buy one it goes in the workshop!
