Prehistoric Forest

The we went down to the Marblehead lighthouse to see lake Erie and got one photo of Cedar point before the camera battery died.
The big dinosaur out front in the water- it even shot water at us when we walked through the cave, and the T-rex moved his head watching us and the Wooly mammoth also shot water at us through his nose. All in all a good time.

We love dinosaurs!!

Loving the baby dinosaurs

Then the kids checked out the big dinosaurs. You walk through the trail in the woods and every 50 feet or so you came across another dinosaur- pretty cool!

Even Carter got into playing in the dirt.

Labor Day weekend we went up to Marblehead to Prehistoric Forest, a forest all about, what else, DINOSAURS!! Ethan and Hannah were in heavin. This was their last season to be open, and with Ethan so interested in Dinosaurs, it was worth the trip. The kids are still talking about it. First we got to dig for dinosaur bones...

Ethan's First Day of Kindergarten

And Carter happy to see Ethan home, it's definately a lot quieter without him around all day on Thursdays and Hannah often wants to know when he will be back, even though they fight like cats and dogs (or brother and sister) when they are together. Will have to get a picture of Hannah this friday when she goes to Preschool!!!
It's been a week and a half now but Ethan had his first day of Kindergarden at holgate- he loves school, would rather go to school than stay home all day, so far a success. the school bus forgot to drop him off at home last thursday but even then Ethan thought it was cool that his bus driver "let" him see where all the other kids live and got to be the last one on the bus (since he's usually the first or second stop depending on if he gets off at the babysitter's or at home). Mom on the other hand was a little worried, but the school called to let us know what was going on.
